Last week was full of SECRETs. We have been participating of the XIX Brazilian Symposium of Information and Systems Security (SBSEG), where our members presented multiple research work. The event started with a presentation of Lucas Galante, talking about the use of machine learning for malware detection. This work discussed how the models should be developed and evaluated beyond the accuracy rate metric. We released the source code of Forseti, the tool that implements Galante’s evaluation steps. Forseti code is available on github.
