Last month SECRET started a collaboration with researchers from the University of Waikato, located in Hamilton, New Zealand. The University of Waikato is famous for developing open-source machine learning frameworks, such as Weka, MOA, and scikit-multiflow. The main objective of this collaboration is to develop novel machine learning solutions that can benefit all the community, especially those researches that include machine learning applied to cybersecurity. Fabrício Ceschin, one of our Ph.D. students, visited the university and now is officially contributing to scikit-multiflow, an open-source machine learning framework for multi-output/multi-label and stream data. If you want to know more about this framework, check the GitHub below. We would like to thanks Luiz S. Oliveira, Albert Bifet and Heitor Murilo Gomes for this opportunity. Stay tuned on our website for future publications!
